Walk-in financial support clinics
You can come to us with any questions about living, working and welfare. Our staff are on hand to answer all questions. They regularly attend courses and training sessions. If our staff cannot help you further, they will look for a solution. Or they will refer you to another body such as the social neighbourhood team or another organisation.
Furthermore, our staff also offer a listening ear if you need one.
If you need help you can drop by during a consultation hour from Monday to Friday.
We offer district residents practical support in areas such as:
- applying for benefits
- applications for special assistance
- applications for income enhancement measures
- lodging an objection
- completing tax returns
- applications for benefits
- application for remission
- extending a residence permit
- questions on the WMO

Stichting Buurtservicepunt and its volunteer staff participate fully in the participation society. A large part of the voluntary staff of Stichting Buurtservicepunt is benefit recipients and, as experts by experience, they enthusiastically and vigorously commit themselves to the target group, which also mainly consists of benefit recipients and people on minimum income. An important principle of the Buurtservicepunt foundation is to make citizens self-reliant.
