Saxophone lessons

Would you like to play saxophone in the district orchestra, but have never played this instrument before or do you feel you are not yet sufficiently familiar with the technique? Then we offer separate music lessons!

Between September and December, you will receive eight music lessons from professional teacher Sjouke Hoekstra in a small group. You will then rehearse twice with the Camminghaburen community orchestra. After this preparation, you will be completely ready to become a confident member of the community orchestra in January 2026.

If you have your own instrument, you can bring it to class. If you do not own an instrument, we will make one available to borrow. The teacher will contact you about this.

Lessons: 8 lessons on Friday mornings (time to follow), from 26 September 2025. Plus 2 rehearsals with the Camminghaburen district orchestra (Thursday, Nov 27 and Dec 4, 2-4pm).
