Legislative and regulatory webinar

In a nutshell, topics such as the WBTR, UBO, Articles of Association and directors' liability are covered. 
You as a person involved in an association, foundation or (neighbourhood) initiative in the municipality of Leeuwarden have to deal with various laws and regulations.
You want to open a bank account, the chairman is being monitored, you want to avoid accident risks or a volunteer has damage to his clothing.
What rules are there and what should you do with them as a volunteer, employee or board member? In just over an hour, you will get an explanation of laws and regulations that apply to associations and foundations.

Among others, the UBO, WBTR and volunteer insurance will be discussed.
