Buddy wanted for elderly gentleman in Grou

From my involvement as a social worker on behalf of Amaryllis, I am looking for a buddy for a 72-year-old gentleman from Grou. The gentleman lives independently in Grou and would love it if someone could join him about once every fortnight to talk to and perhaps go out with him.
