Language buddy wanted for resident in Schepen neighbourhood

From my role as a social worker in Amaryllis' Centrum Oost neighbourhood team, I am involved with a Slovakian woman. She is looking for a language buddy who will help her further with the Dutch language in the near future.

Ms struggles to make herself well understood to her 7-year-old son in the Dutch language. This is a great motivation to learn to speak better. 

In terms of language level, she understands Dutch reasonably well, speaking still requires development. She speaks Slovak. If you also speak Slovak, that would certainly help, but it is not a must. She mainly wants to practise speaking. 

It is possible to meet with Ms at community centre 't Knooppunt.
