Walking my dog Rascal

Due to an operation on my knee, I cannot walk much at the moment. My dog Rascal has a lot of energy and likes to walk long distances or to the loose field regularly. I am looking for a volunteer to walk Rascal, for example twice a week. 
Is about allowing Rascal to run loose in a loose field. 

I live near Tadingastraat and Rascal is a cross between a Maltese and a Dachshund.
