Wall painting

I am looking for someone to help me paint/sauce my wall.

It is a high wall that already has a coat of paint on it, but it has not covered well and needs to be done again.

I can manage the low part but not the high part. Who can help me?

Wall has already been painted once by an organisation but it did not cover well.

Necessary materials (stairs, paint, rollers and masking tape) are provided.
