Gendercafe

Are you looking for a cosy, safe place to talk about gender and transition? Then the Gender café the place for you! Every first Saturday of the month, we open our doors to transgender men, women, non-binary people and anyone who cares about the subject.

In a relaxed atmosphere, we will discuss together themes that touch, inspire and connect us. From make-up and clothing advice to sexuality, discrimination and transition, everything will be discussed. Do you have a specific question or do you just want to drop in and taste the atmosphere? You are most welcome, even if the theme of the month does not directly suit you.

Gendercafé is an initiative of Aukje and Remco, two participants at Around Care: 'The Gender Café is very close to ourselves. It feels very special to organise it. Every time we bring it up, we beam!'
