Elderly sports Kalverdijkje

New at Sportpark Kalverdijkje senior citizens Sport!!!

Sport and exercise is important for everyone, even when you get a bit older. Therefore, from Wednesday 9 April onwards, you can take part in fun sports lessons from Fit in Fryslân at the Sportpark Kalverdijkje in Leeuwarden! The lessons will take place every Wednesday from 10.00 to 11.00 on the korfball fields and will be supervised by Ronald Schreuder.

Classes include a combination of strength, balance, stretching or flexibility exercises and sports & games. You can join in at your own pace and ability, with fun being the main thing. Afterwards, you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea. The first three lessons are free, after that it is € 5 per lesson. Possibly reimbursable through the adult fund.
