UP! Group discussions (Leeuwarden, Grou, Mantgum, Stiens)

Sometimes you find yourself pondering all sorts of things on your own. Then it's nice to exchange thoughts with peers (60+).
This can be done during the UP! group discussions.

Using open-ended questions, introduced by a trained moderator, we talk about important topics that matter as you get older. Central are topics you don't talk about so easily, such as regret, goodbye or family. These are not 'heavy' conversations, we just talk about them. A listening ear at the table can offer recognition, inspiration and support. So feel free to drop by (spontaneously). There is coffee and sweets. There are no costs involved.
