Swettehiem community care centre, Palet

KSW Swettehiem is a nursing home for people with dementia. It is a small-scale residential facility.
They come to live here when they can no longer cope at home, for various reasons, and receive the care and support they need here.

Within small-scale living, we offer people a daily structure in which the daily meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are, as much as possible, offered together. During the day, activities are offered within the residential form by the welfare officer and volunteers support the activities and go for a walk with residents, play games, paint or do another activity with them.
