Art in your neighbourhood
Kunst in je buurt is a foundation that facilitates cultural participation for everyone in the municipality of Leeuwarden. We are all about art, but also about bringing people together, regardless of their budget. Kunst in je buurt believes that truly everyone should have the opportunity to participate.
We organise cultural projects in your area throughout the year. These include visual arts, theatre, music and dance. Together with Kennis in je buurt, we also organise lecture series on fascinating themes in the field of art, culture and society. The lecture series are concluded with a joint visit to a cultural institution.
