Omroep Zilt is the local broadcaster for the municipalities of Waadhoek, Harlingen, Terschelling and Vlieland.

With a team of eight professionals and over 100 volunteers, we deliver daily news on all social media channels and broadcast radio programmes 24 hours a day. There is always room at Omroep Zilt for people with a passion for making radio. Age and experience do not matter, we teach you the tricks of the trade in practice. You can decide for yourself how much time you want to devote to this wonderful hobby. Do you want to be a presenter behind the microphone, a technician behind the buttons, on the road as a reporter, sports reporter, photographer or are you an expert in writing news items? People with a distance to the labour market can in many cases find a suitable use of their time with us.
