Rondomzorg arose from a desire to redesign care, by making it more human and looking at what participants need. Close by and small-scale, but also with meaning and perspective. Care for people in their totality, so that there is plenty of room for individuality. We see human value, possibilities and needs. We do not think in labels, but in tailor-made offers through meaningful means. This is because the means provide the perspective. This creates an organisation in which everyone's individuality is included.
