Volunteers’ Festival – 23 October

Friday 23 October 2026 is the date: the Volunteer Festival at De Harmonie. For many years now, the fair has attracted hundreds of visitors keen to find out more about volunteering. It’s the perfect place to introduce potential volunteers to your organisation. The fair is open to visitors from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
So far, 70 organisations have registered. You can sign up for the waiting list below.

What would you like to enter your organisation for? By submitting this form, you are indicating that you wish to be placed on the festival’s waiting list. We will let you know as soon as possible, but no later than 13 October, whether your organisation can take part.(Required)
Lunch and market are free. You can set up the stand between 11am-1pm. Lunch is between 11.30-13.00 and the market is from 13.30-16.30.
A maximum of two people per organisation can have lunch.
Lunch is completely vegetarian so you don't need to pass this on.

You can no longer choose a specific type of table. You’ll be given whichever table is available at the time.(Required)
