Care coordinator holiday weeks for the elderly

Allegoeds Vakanties offers holidays for older people with physical or social disabilities. Relaxation, encounters, personal attention and space for reflection go hand in hand during our holidays. Personal contact from person to person is always central. Our holidays are characterised by openness, freedom and respect for each other.

The Allegoeds Foundation's holiday weeks would be impossible without the commitment of many volunteers! Years of experience in working with volunteers guarantees good contact and optimal guidance from the organisation.

We are looking for a care coordinator for the holiday weeks.
To ensure the medical well-being of our guests, we are urgently looking for (former) nurses and caregivers who would like to fulfil the role of care coordinator during our holiday weeks.

The care coordinator takes stock of the guests' care needs prior to a holiday week. Based on this, the care coordinator makes a classification of volunteers for the purpose of caring for the guests. This is done in consultation with the coordinator of the week. Information is provided from the office about guests bringing home care. In advance, the care coordinator contacts the relevant homecare to make arrangements about deployment, times and handover. During the week, the care coordinator monitors the medical well-being of the guests, whether or not in cooperation with the home care. The care coordinator is partly in charge of the volunteer group.
