Palliative terminal care volunteers
Palliative terminal care is the care of people for whom no more curative treatment is possible and who are in the last months of life. In this phase, VPTZ volunteers offer support so that this last phase of life can be lived through in the best possible way. They offer time, attention and support.
We are looking for volunteers for home support especially for vigilance at night.
Tasks may include helping with eating and drinking, freshening up and going to the toilet, as well as having a chat or reading to the client.

- Annual training through various thematic meetings.
- Guidance from coordinators.

What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?
That you are trustworthy, you commit for a minimum of one year and sign a contract that includes confidentiality of client data.
