Description

A Neighbourhood Service Point is a low-threshold drop-in point where residents can go for all questions about living, working and welfare.
This can include advice and information in the field of the WMO, help with filling in forms, handling letters from the government, help with administration and in the field of benefits and income-enhancing measures and where referrals are also made to other welfare organisations.
There is collaboration with the social neighbourhood teams. Walk-in consultations are held at around 12 locations of the social neighbourhood teams in Leeuwarden.

We are looking for new volunteer client advisers for the Neighbourhood Service Points in Leeuwarder neighbourhoods. Client advisers support residents with their questions in all kinds of areas. This includes work such as supporting them in applying for benefits and allowances.
