Do you like being creative and do you enjoy doing this together with elderly people? Then you are the volunteer we are looking for!

The Van Harenshuus in Sint Annaparochie is home to elderly people with dementia, and it is precisely for them that being creative is so much fun and important.
We are therefore looking for a volunteer who would like to do something creative together with one or more residents. Think of handicrafts, painting or crafts.
Besides being creative, it is especially important that there is a cosy atmosphere. There is therefore plenty of time and space to chat and have a cup of coffee or tea together.

•  A meaningful use of time! You contribute to a valuable day of a resident, and that makes your day a little nicer too.
•  The chance to gain experience with the target group of elderly people with dementia.
•  An opportunity to make new contacts, e.g. residents and other volunteers.
• Your talent and creativity is appreciated! Your ideas and suggestions are very welcome. In consultation, we will see what the possibilities are.
• Good guidance
• Travel allowance and volunteer insurance

• You enjoy doing creative activities.
• You guide and encourage residents during the activity
• You enjoy having a chat with residents and have a listening ear
• Experience is not important, as long as you are enthusiastic about the activity and the target group
