Creative and active buddies wanted for young people with mild intellectual disabilities

Description
Undertaking activities with the clients, such as baking, walking, cooking and/or playing games. This is free and depends on what the clients and you like . Do you like fishing, sports, cycling or whatever, there are many possibilities.
What does the organisation offer the volunteer?
You first get to know the clients; a mutual click is very important to us. We make sure you get the time and guidance you need to start volunteering. During your work, the on-site supervisors are always nearby. Should there be anything you encounter in your volunteer work, you can always fall back on them.
Should a trusting relationship be established, an activity can also be carried out off-site.
Upon a good match, we will register you as a volunteer.
You will then receive a gift from the organisation a few times a year and you will be insured while volunteering. You are also entitled to a travel allowance. You will also receive the volunteer newsletter about 4 times a year and be invited to site-specific activities.
What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?
Some knowledge of the target group of young people with mild intellectual disabilities aged 12-19 years is desirable. As a volunteer, it is nice that you are creative and can motivate and enthuse clients.
