Creative sought for group activities

Description

We are looking for a creative volunteer for 2 wards at Greunshiem residential. A number of residents enjoy participating in fun, creative activities on Wednesday and/or Friday afternoons from 13:00-15:00. Think of crafts or making music, but the residents are also happy with a nice chat or a walk. You are welcomed enthusiastically every time, the residents really enjoy your presence and appreciate it.

What does the organisation offer the volunteer?

After the first meeting, you have a cup of coffee or tea together and if there is a good click from both sides, a VOG is applied for and a volunteer agreement is drawn up. You will be insured during your voluntary work and will also receive a Christmas package, a small gift on Care Day and Volunteer Day. In addition, you will receive the volunteer newsletter and, if applicable, you will be entitled to a travel allowance.

What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?

Most important is the click that needs to be there with the residents. Volunteering must add value from both sides. In addition, you can communicate well with the residents, are reliable and keep appointments.
