Description
You will find Care Farm Donia State Wester in the Frisian village of Spannum. A wonderful location where everyone can and may be themselves! It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable on our care farm. Every day, participants are picked up and brought home again. Our participants come from different places around Spannum, including Leeuwarden. Transport is provided by a nice group of volunteers who drive the participants on the basis of an established route schedule. Small groups are driven with a very diverse but fun target group. For the rides from Leeuwarden, the volunteer's car is used. As a driver, you have a lot of contact with the participants and get to know them well. Besides being a driver, it is of course always possible to contribute during the day care.
