Driver wanted
Description
Region: Leeuwarden
MindUp is seeking drivers!
About MindUp: MindUp supports people with psychiatric disabilities that hinder them in living, working and participating in society. We support our clients on their road to recovery. Every year, our staff support more than two thousand clients in (re)discovering their own potential and taking advantage of opportunities in society. By combining daytime activities and individual support with sheltered or assisted living, MindUp deploys its staff flexibly and purposefully where they are needed.
It is not our clients' limitations, but their possibilities that form the core of our existence. Together with them, we work towards rehabilitation and recovery. With a team of dedicated professionals and through innovative methods, we guide clients towards their goals: living, working and participating in society. Close cooperation with local authorities and organisations that share the same interests is essential in this regard.
As a driver for our transport service, you will carry out various transport assignments for clients of MindUp, GGZ Friesland and other institutions. This includes transporting clients to and from a workplace or MindUp's activity centre, but also transporting products, such as orders from external companies. In addition, you will assist MindUp and GGZ Friesland with (internal) mail delivery. A varied position in which you will visit many different locations in beautiful Friesland and meet new people!
A few practical matters:
A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is mandatory. This will be reimbursed.
Working hours and working days are negotiable.
