At a stand of the Cyclists' Union, talk to people and inform them about all kinds of cycling issues and about the Cyclists' Union: handing out leaflets, pumping up bicycle tyres, talking to people about bottlenecks they encounter on their way using the map of Leeuwarden, etc. Answering questions about the new express cycle routes in/around Leeuwarden, the need for good bicycle lighting, bicycle parking facilities in Leeuwarden, etc . Together with other people from the Fietsersbond, make sure the club looks lively. Ideas in advance about playful activities to brighten up the stand and attract people.
