Do you get happy with a tidy environment that can be put through its paces? One that invites you to want to help out, get a cup of coffee or tea and where you are proud when visitors come? Do you prefer to do this in an inspiring environment?

Then we are looking for you!

Besides nature, the buildings on our sites are our calling card; like the plants, these buildings deserve love and attention. A mop to keep them clean, a squeegee for clear windows. If you like to clean once in a while (and have a nice chat in between), come and meet us!

Duties include:
Cleaning rooms, surfaces and windows:
Sweeping and dusting;
Tidying up and organising stuff.

Permaculture Friesland Foundation is Leeuwarden's cosiest volunteer organisation in green. We have 2 locations: Oerfloed and Frijlan. A place where you can be yourself and are seen for your qualities. We start the day with coffee, tea and a chat. Then we get to work. If you can start later, that's no problem at all. It is important to us that the work suits you and that you can do what you are good at. Do you want to learn things? You can do that too! We teach you more about permaculture on the job and offer internal workshops and training courses. Several times a year, we organise a fun activity and, as a volunteer, you can use the kitchenette! In the coming years, we will work towards a volunteer allowance.
