Description
Jabikshof in Goutum is Noorderbreedte's newest residential care home. From this location, we provide care to residents with dementia. Jabikshof was built to provide a pleasant, safe and homely living environment, where everyone can and may be themselves. The residential care centre is part of the neighbourhood. Within Jabikshof, there are 12 groups including two residential groups for residents suffering from early onset dementia.
As a living room volunteer, you will support a fixed living room with 8 residents, assist with coffee/tea, play a game, go for a walk on the Duo bike, take a walk or have a chat. In addition, as a volunteer you bring atmosphere to the living room with your familiar presence.
