Are you sociable, have a sense of humour and enjoy getting out and about together? Then we are looking for you!

For a 79-year-old resident of Greunshiem, who is up for a joke, we are looking for an adult buddy who would like to do fun things with him weekly or once every fortnight. Mister really enjoys playing games such as rummikub or checkers, making a word puzzle or playing a quiz. He also looks forward to going on outings together. Visiting the flea market, going to a Cambuur football match, eating out, going to town, having a nice chat over a cup of coffee or going for a walk. So something for everyone!

After the first meeting, you have another cup of coffee together and then, if there is a good click from both sides, a VOG is applied for and a volunteer agreement is drawn up.
You will then be insured during your voluntary work and will also receive a Christmas package, a small gift on Care Day and on Volunteer Day. You will also receive the volunteer newsletter and, if applicable, you will be entitled to a travel allowance.

Mr is in a wheelchair and will need to be pushed during outings. We are therefore looking for someone who can physically handle this. We also find it important that you have a mutual click and that you are reliable and keep your promises.
