Description

A 61-year-old resident of a residential location in Leeuwarden's Nijlân district is looking for a buddy to go out with him once a week. Mister is very loving and humorous. If you undertake activities with him, you will receive enormous appreciation for your efforts. You can make Mister happy with a walk (he is independent in traffic) or a visit to the thrift shop, but he also likes to play a game together.

What does the organisation offer the volunteer?

After the first meeting, you have a cup of coffee together and if there is a good click from both sides, a VOG is applied for and a volunteer agreement is drawn up. You will be insured during your voluntary work and will also receive a Christmas package, a small gift on Care Day and Volunteer Day. In addition, you will receive the volunteer newsletter and, if applicable, you will be entitled to a travel allowance.

What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?

Most important is the click that must exist between the volunteer and the resident. Volunteering must add value from both sides. In addition, you are reliable and keep appointments.
