Recruitment of volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to support (together) within the Fryslân Division in the recruitment and selection of new volunteers. The volunteer(s) will work in close cooperation with, among others, the Board members of the Sub-divisions Leeuwarden, Smallingerland, SûdWest Fryslân and North-East Fryslân, the Cycling School , the Project Cycling All Years, as well as with the Section Fryslân Secretariat. Job description: You think along about recruitment channels for vacancies and ensure an active LinkedIn account; ¢ You are contact person for candidates and provide information about volunteering at the Fietsersbond as well as emphatically with initiatives such as the Cycling School and the Project Cycling All Years; You take care of processing (open) applications, nominate candidates to Departments, Cycling School or Project(s) or enter into an exploratory interview with candidates in order to nominate them for a suitable position; You take part in selection interviews with candidates if required; You take care of correspondence with candidates and adequate registration of the recruitment and selection process.
