Aardema Care Group is an organisation with a warm heart for people and care, and we dedicate ourselves daily to encouraging and preserving clients' self-reliance. You can come to us for domestic care, nursing and care, day care and guidance - individual, youth and family and forensic care. We also have a broad network of cooperation partners with whom we can focus on more complex care needs.

I am looking for a buddy for a 75-year-old woman living in Leeuwarden with ASD problems. She undertakes activities but actually feels alone a lot. She would like to do activities such as shopping, walking or day trips with someone.

The organisation offers the volunteer a nice workplace with room for personal input. The volunteer fits in and is invited to the annual summer and Christmas drinks and receives a Christmas package. Furthermore, the volunteer has regular contact with the Coordinator of Volunteers and an evaluation takes place every six months so that the volunteer feels listened to.

The organisation requires a certificate of good conduct. (vog). This will be reimbursed by the organisation. Furthermore, the organisation asks for affinity with the target group/person you are asked to volunteer for.
