Are you someone who loves DIY and refurbishing? Do you see potential in second-hand materials? Or maybe you get soulful about organising materials so they can be used smoothly?

Then we are looking for you!

Over the past few years, a beautiful workshop has been set up on our premises, everything is available to do odd jobs, repairs and work in greenery. Tools and a tidy workplace is a must in this.

Duties include:
Organising materials, screws and tools;
Repairing (garden) tools;
Handouts;
Helping in building maintenance.

Permaculture Friesland Foundation is Leeuwarden's cosiest volunteer organisation in green. We have 2 locations: Oerfloed and Frijlan. A place where you can be yourself and are seen for your qualities. We start the day with coffee, tea and a chat. Then we get to work. If you can start later, that's no problem at all. It is important to us that the work suits you and that you can do what you are good at. Do you want to learn things? You can do that too! We teach you more about permaculture on the job and offer internal workshops and training courses. Several times a year, we organise a fun activity and, as a volunteer, you can use the kitchenette! In the coming years, we will work towards a volunteer allowance.
