Description
Jabikshof in Goutum is Noorderbreedte's newest residential care home. From this location, we provide care to residents with dementia. Jabikshof was built to provide a pleasant, safe and homely living environment, where everyone can and may be themselves. The residential care centre is part of the neighbourhood. Within Jabikshof, there are 12 groups including two residential groups for residents suffering from early onset dementia.
Get some fresh air together with a resident on the duo bike and explore the surroundings. Sitting next to each other makes it easy to strike up a conversation and discuss the route.
