Description
Jabikshof in Goutum is Noorderbreedte's newest residential care home. From this location, we provide care to residents with dementia. Jabikshof was built to provide a pleasant, safe and homely living environment, where everyone can and may be themselves. The residential care centre is part of the neighbourhood. Within Jabikshof, there are 12 groups including two residential groups for residents suffering from early onset dementia.
We are looking for a buddy who enjoys doing something together like going for a walk, enjoying nature, engaging in conversation and not shying away from a possible game.
