Volunteer with affinity workshop/car and/or scooter garage (Day care)

Are you passionate about automotive engineering and keen to share your knowledge and enthusiasm? Then we are looking for you! Automotive Zorg offers day care on a small-scale level to adults aged 18 and over with physical and/or mild intellectual disabilities. Since April 2016, we have been offering a unique workshop experience under professional supervision where our participants can work on automotive technology at their own pace.

What will you do as a volunteer?
As a volunteer Automotive Engineering Day Care at Automotive Care, you will support our participants in various automotive engineering activities. This includes maintaining vehicles, tinkering with engines, and carrying out minor repairs. You share your passion for automotive engineering and guide participants with patience and commitment, so that they feel at ease and can develop.

We are looking for workplace volunteers with their heart in the right place and leadership experience or capabilities. You are flexible, independent and good at keeping an overview. You also have good social, communicative and interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality. It goes without saying that you are socially involved. Furthermore, you have an affinity with the target group and with motorbikes and cars and enjoy supporting projects.
