We are looking for fun independent volunteers

Buurthuis Welgelegen is a busy community centre with a variety of activities and visitors. It is located in the Vliet zone between Zuidvliet and Emmakade. At the moment, the organisation is in full development. The new board has plenty of ideas which also brings opportunities. To strengthen our team, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers.

Two self-employed bar staff. In addition to serving guests, you will serve the fryer.

Wednesday evenings from 19:30 - 22:30.
Friday afternoons 13:30- 16:00 (2nd and 4th Fridays of the month).
And/or Friday evenings from 19:00 - 22:00.

Volunteers willing to help set up chairs and tables at activities.

Wednesday between 12:00 and 19:00.
Friday before 13:30 (2nd and 4th Friday of the month)
and/or Friday between 16:00 and 19:00

We would love it if you tell us a bit about yourself right away.

As a volunteer, you can gain work experience working independently, together with other volunteers. You learn to (further) develop your catering skills on a broad front. In addition, you will meet many people from the neighbourhood, allowing you to work on your social skills as well.

Should more work or activities appeal to you, there is room to join. As is the possibility of developing your own activities.

We are working on being able to offer a volunteer allowance.
