Greunshiem client council

The client councils of Kwadrant Greunshiem and St Josef are looking for new members! We would like to inform you about the role and importance of the client council and hope to interest you in participating.

Thinking and advising in the client council
Would you like to have a say in policy and quality of care in? You can do so through the client council. The client council includes clients, their relatives, informal carers or other stakeholders.

Subjects on which the client council contributes ideas and has influence include safety and hygiene, house rules, visiting arrangements, welfare activities, changes in care policy, (re)construction and information provision. In short, developments and topics that affect the care and well-being of our residents.

To best represent residents, there is regular contact with them and family and loved ones. The client council represents the common interests of the residents. The management of the care facility takes the advice of the client council into account when making decisions.

Working together for good care
Anyone who wants to contribute socially and get involved with vulnerable people in need of care is welcome. Are you interested in the client council or would you like to know more?
