CBB consultants

Description

Many elderly people get difficulty reading. This can make their world a lot smaller. There are many ways to still keep reading, but not everyone knows how to find this help. Do you want to help people so they can keep reading? Then become a (reading) consultant at the CBB!

As a counsellor, you seek out people with reading disabilities. You provide education and information, for example in a care home, library,
bookshop or at the GP's office. You will visit people and organisations to talk about appropriate forms of reading. Requests for help may also come through the CBB. You help people with questions about equipment, the daisy CD or the streaming app. In short: as a consultant and ambassador of the CBB, you are the point of contact for people who would like to keep reading.
