Volunteer Arcadia (Bouwurk/Paradys)

Arcadia started 17 May and runs until 24 August. Every day, there are all kinds of things to experience in the Bouwurk and Paradys projects, among others. For this, we can really use the help of volunteers. We are looking for volunteers for the following positions, among others:

• Volunteer info point/shop

In Bouwurk is the central point, the info point/shop. Visitors come here with their questions. But you also sell tickets for various activities in Bouwurk, for example.
It also sells circular products from local entrepreneurs. A fun place where you have a lot of contact with visitors.

• Hospitality volunteer 

Will you come and support the hospitality team? Bouwurk has a small menu and is open every day from 14 June to 24 August.

• Supporter at Paradys' artworks

At 10 different locations in the city centre, there are artworks by Paradys. A volunteer stands at each artwork. You are the point of contact for visitors and can give some additional information where requested. You also supervise the artwork.

Besides these functions, there are many other things we can use helping hands for. Be sure to get in touch to see what suits you! Furthermore, we use a planning tool, the Rooster. Here you can enter your availability. Whether this is once or more often, that's up to you.

As a volunteer, you will receive travel reimbursement. Furthermore, it is also possible to apply if you are English-speaking. In addition, it is a fun opportunity to make connections with the many other volunteers who are helping on this great project.
