We work at a sheltered workshop with a fairly diverse group of people. There is room to work together, learn new techniques and implement creative ideas.

Treasurer for the North Friesland regional board

Regional team seeks enthusiastic addition in the form of a treasurer! From the regional Zonnebloem division North Friesland, we voluntarily support our 12 local divisions. As a regional team, we organise regional exchanges and workshops, among other things. We also support the local boards to organise the Zonnebloem work as well as possible. Together, we try to create the framework conditions for the local chapters to do what they do best: organising home visits and activities for people with physical disabilities, such as music afternoons, museum visits or dinners. We are currently working on a structural change in which, within a few years, the chapters will operate at the municipal level. The position of regional treasurer is therefore twofold; on the one hand, keeping (small) financial records in our own accounting system. You regularly enter income and expenses and, in consultation with fellow board members, draw up a budget and annual accounts. In addition, you think along where necessary and support our local boards in the transition to working at municipal level.

Enthusiastic dance supervisor wanted

At Spelend Sporten in Leeuwarden, you will accompany people with disabilities in a fun and sporty way during dance aerobics (we are open to other input) Every Wednesday evening from 19:30 tm 20:45 you will teach the group of participants (except holidays). To the beat of fun music and under the guidance of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic volunteer, we are good exercise. We do different exercises and dances and some are quite difficult. With help from the facilitators and the music, we still manage to master the exercises. Because, of course, everyone does their best! If you would like to teach one of the most challenging and instructive target groups in a sportive way, sign up now!

There is room for 52 people who do not feel at home in a regular residential care centre. Our adult residents are of all ages and face multiple problems. Day care is an important part of our residents' lives. About Wender In the lives of the people we work with, there is often a lot going on. Homelessness. Domestic violence. Addiction. Psychological problems. Debts. Then it's a struggle to get through each day safely. We provide safe shelter, rest and structure. Do you want to help people so they can keep reading? Then become a reading consultant at the CBB! As a consultant, you look for people with reading disabilities. You provide information and education, for example in a care home, library bookshop or at the GP's. You will visit people and organisations to talk about suitable forms of reading. Requests for help may also come through the CBB. You help people with questions about equipment, the daisy CD or the streaming app. In short: as a consultant and ambassador of the CBB, you are the point of contact for people who would like to keep reading.
