Buddy wanted for a 77-year-old lady

For a resident, a lady aged 77, I am looking for a buddy for companionship and good conversations. 

Ms is looking for someone around the same age (between 70 and 80). A woman is preferred. 

Ms would like it if someone has similar interests. Ms is creatively inclined, she is in painting class and has an interest in philosophy. She likes alternative things like yoga and philosophy. 

Ms is looking for someone nearby (Leeuwarden West) so they can visit each other and the distance is not too great. 

She would like to meet once every 2 or 3 weeks and possibly phone contact sometimes in between.
