Confidential contact

The confidential contact person (VCP) offers members, volunteers and others the opportunity to talk in confidence about cross-border behaviour such as bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment. The VCP talks to the victim or accused and investigates where the person in question can go with their request for help and what possible steps can be taken. In addition, the VCP helps the board prevent cross-border behaviour within the organisation on the basis of the policy. The following components are covered in each case:

  • prevention of cross-border behaviour within the organisation
  • duties of the VCP
  • process reports
  • visibility of the VCP within the organisation
