Humanitas Hospital Counselling

Visiting a doctor, specialist or other healthcare provider can be exciting. Humanitas Hospital Assistance is for people who are reluctant to go alone and have no one around them to go with them. Sometimes people are also not sufficiently mobile and need help with transport. Also, people often like having someone accompany them to a doctor's appointment to better understand what is being said. A Humanitas volunteer can offer guidance.

The volunteer may ride along with the taxi, help with dressing and undressing and listen in on the doctor. Also, the conversation with the doctor is often reviewed to see if everything went well.
For people who can attend the appointment themselves, a meeting will be arranged at the venue.
For a fee, the volunteer's car can also be used. This makes Humanitas' offer unique.
