Hofwijck day centre

Kwadrant provides care and support in Leeuwarden and Northwest Fryslân. A helping hand so that people can continue living at home for as long as possible.

The Hofwijck day centre is for frail elderly people with or without memory problems who live independently at home, but struggle to get through the day or feel lonely. The day centre offers a pleasant way to spend the day, structure and a stimulating, varied programme. 

Activities are organised, both in groups and individually. There is plenty of room for social contacts. Our care and support is person-centred and personalised. We take into account your wishes, needs and what the visitor is able to do. No two days are the same! 

The day centre is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4pm.
