De Nije Symfony Foundation

The Nije Symfony was founded in 2020 to promote the practice of symphonic music by amateurs. The foundation manages a card index of experienced (amateur and professional) musicians who come together around projects for a few evenings or weekend days to rehearse and give some concerts. The focus is classical music. Where possible, we cast this in a contemporary context. Take a look at our website www.nijesymfony.nl. Around concerts, there is often a lot of work to do. Perhaps you can and would like to play a role in this? For example, by helping with ticket control, hosting, catering, logistics and transport or, who knows, decor building, assisting with lighting or sound technology.
