Volunteer agreement

With a volunteer agreement, you lay down agreements between the (volunteer) organisation and volunteer. This way, you know what to expect from each other. It is not compulsory to draw up a volunteer contract, but agreements laid down in writing are less likely to result in misunderstandings than verbal ones. Also, when the volunteer wants to claim the participation premium, the municipality asks for a volunteer contract and when the volunteer is on benefits from the UWV, they may ask for a contract.
