Description
dbieb is a modern library with five branches in the municipalities of Leeuwarden and Tytsjerksteradiel. dbieb is the most public place in town and village where you can walk in without any threshold. For inspiration, to read, to discover, to learn or to meet people. We are not only there for our loyal members; we are there for everyone, from 0 to 100, who wants to keep developing.
What will you do?
You are attentive to visitors, welcoming them as they enter and showing them the way in dbieb. Customers can call on you if they need help with the self-service equipment. This may involve returning and borrowing materials, paying and copying or printing. If customers find it difficult to look up a title in the catalogue, you help them. For all other catalogue questions, you refer them to a colleague. You provide information about (the activities of) dbieb. You also ensure an attractive presentation of the collection and keep dbieb neat and tidy.
