Social media/communications volunteer

Description

Asgaard is an experience garden behind Heechterp-Schieringen. On the approximately one-hectare site, which was a slip depot for many years, a special place where people are inspired to make beautiful things has been built since 2018.

For our activities, we use Facebook, among others. For recruiting volunteers and posting offers, we use Samen Leeuwarden. We are looking for a volunteer to maintain both sites. You will post weekly and maintain both our Facebook and Samen Leeuwarden pages. You will also write texts and keep track of responses to posts.

What does the organisation offer the volunteer?

A creative role to put Asgaard even better on the (digital) map. We are open to foreign-language volunteers who want to practice speaking Dutch.

What does the organisation ask of the volunteer?

  • You are handy with computers.
  • You have creative ideas and think outside the box.
  • You are familiar with Facebook and can write good text
