Volunteer coordinator Support for Loss

What will you do?

- You conduct introductory interviews with new participants;

. You pair volunteers with participants and guide them where necessary;

- You ensure that applications are registered;

- You will organise peer review and theme evenings for volunteers with other coordinators.

- Challenging and meaningful volunteering;

- The chance to make a valuable impact on the lives of people who are grieving;

- Be part of a team of volunteer coordinators from Friesland;

- Training and guidance to help you succeed in your coordinating role.

- You are empathetic and a good listener;

- You like to coordinate and organise;

- You are willing to undergo training and mentoring; 

- Experience of loss can help in this role; 

- You are available for a few hours a week;
