NLdoet 2025 - a great success

Every year, the Oranje Fonds organises NLdoet; the largest volunteer action in the Netherlands. On Friday 14 and Saturday 15 March it was time again. Throughout the country, there were more than 7,000 activities where people could get acquainted with voluntary work. There were also many activities in the municipality of Leeuwarden. Together with photographer Jelmer Miedema, we visited some of the activities to capture the voluntary work. Read the report here!

Friday 13 and Saturday 14 March 2026 will be the next edition. Participate? Organisations can submit their activity from November and possibly apply for a financial contribution. Residents can also apply for an activity from November. Check out NLdoet for all up-to-date information.
