Our ideal is a society in which everyone treats each other equally, with respect (in the original sense of the word, 'looking after' or 'taking into account') and attention to everyone's situation and personal qualities. Not based on performance, because of what you do, but because of who you are!

Mission
TeJou initiates projects and brings together existing initiatives with the aim of promoting the integration of young people distanced from the labour market into society. At the same time, we aim to increase social awareness of the position of this target group as a reaction to social individualisation.

Target
The aim of the foundation is to promote the social integration of 'young' adults with a 'distance to the labour market', giving them equal opportunities in finding their happiness. We do this for example through our thrift shop/day care location.
